Business Owners Trust Us to Deliver Results.

There’s an old saying: “You can’t learn to swim in a classroom.” This expression definitely applies to Google Ads.

Buying a hundred-dollar course on Google Ads management won’t get you the boost in high-quality leads and sales you’re after.

By the time you’ve learned the basics, your competitors will already be miles ahead of you.

But you probably know that. As a proactive business owner in Australia, you might’ve already worked with several Google Ads agencies.

The problem is that they keep promising you flashy results they can’t deliver. You wonder why you don’t get the impressive ROI (return on investment) others do.

You know your Google Ads could do much better, but you no longer trust your current agency to get the job done, let alone do it well.

You’ve already burnt serious cash on your Google Ads campaigns, and you’re still waiting for them to generate much-needed returns.

Do you really need Google Ads management services? And if so, where do you find an agency that’s genuinely committed to improving your bottom line and won’t make you feel like you’re wasting your hard-earned money?

You’ll be glad we’re here. Our firm is a cut above the rest.

We have mathematicians and marketing specialists who use advanced statistical analysis to solve business problems involving Google Ads.

They’ve tested and optimised campaigns for over 15 years, achieving maximum returns for minimum investments.

We also work differently. We don’t take you on as a client unless we perform a 360-degree health check on your Google Ads.

Then, we develop the best actionable strategy for managing your campaigns, setting realistic expectations based on your unique situation. You don’t have to decide on your marketing budget until we give you a clear and detailed game plan.

Whether you run an Australian start-up looking to up its marketing game or an already established company wanting to be the top dog in your niche, our proprietary Google Ads optimisation system and method can help you reach your business goals.

Google Ads Management

Google Ads (formerly Google Adwords) is the gold standard of PPC (pay-per-click) advertising.

Here are three reasons why:

  1. Google has the lion’s share of the global search engine market: Google may have accounted for 91.54% of the world’s search engine market in January 2024.
  2. Google gets searched 5.6 billion+ times daily: This number means that Google processes almost 65,000 searches every second. Not only do most people use Google, but they also use it frequently throughout the day.
  3. 30% of searchers on Google click on ads: This percentage means the top paid search results on Google share about a third of all searches.

Want to know where most buyers are right now? They’re on Google.

But here’s the thing: you win or lose big in Google Ads. There’s often no middle ground.

Suppose you understand how Google Ads campaigns work and can integrate them into your digital marketing strategy. In that case, they can be a game-changer for your business.

On the other hand, if you don’t (or can’t) play your cards right, your ad budget can go up in smoke quickly.

The stakes are too high for you to risk your hard-earned dollars in guesswork and amateur agencies.

Fortunately, you’ve got us — a top 2% Google Premier Partner. Here’s what to expect when you work with a Google-trusted agency like us:

  • Direct line to elite support: We’ve got Google’s top support people on speed dial. They’re ready to cut through the red tape and prioritise resolving our clients’ issues.
  • First-look advantage: Google values our opinion. It’s why we get a VIP pass to cutting-edge features and can give our clients a head start with tools their business rivals haven’t heard about yet.
  • Exclusive insights: We have a backstage pass to Google’s data vault. While others go on a hunch with public tools, our strictly confidential intel comes straight from the source.

Don’t settle for DIYs and cheap services. If you want to dominate your niche, you need a Google-recognised industry expert like us.

Check out what our clients say about their experience partnering with our team:

“We’ve been working with the team at Digital Spotlight on our SEO strategy for a couple of years, and have just recently brought across our Google Ads. A great team to work with, with great communication and who create great results!”

— Jordi Twomey, marketing manager of Twomey Dispute Lawyers (TDL), a disputes and commercial litigation law firm servicing Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Northern Rivers

“We have been working with the team at Digital Spotlight for over five years now. Their expertise, timeliness, and attention to detail have been instrumental to the success of our digital marketing….It has been an absolute pleasure to work with the Digital Spotlight team over the years, and I would highly recommend their digital services.”

— Iris Lever,
chief marketing officer at PropertyMe, a premier property management software provider servicing Australia and New Zealand

“I have worked with [the Digital Spotlight] team… for several years now and cannot speak more highly of them. [Like most], I have experienced several other companies over time but am sticking with these guys. Their response time is super fast, even if it is the smallest of questions. I used to micromanage my accounts, but now I feel very confident in stepping back and letting [the] team do what is best. I honestly could not ask for more.”

— Joe Bavaro,
director of Bird Control Australia, an Australian company providing innovative solutions to bird and common pest problems

What Are Google Ads?

You use Google Ads to promote your business on Google Search, YouTube, and other Google partner websites on the internet.

As the leading paid ad solution worldwide, Google Ads can help you reach your target audience right when they’re looking for products and services similar to the one you’re selling.

Buying Intent

Your ad copy should match your prospect’s intent. What and why is this person “Google-ing” something right now? Where are they on their buying journey?

Someone who types in “electrician Sydney” on Google’s search engine is probably not doing it just out of curiosity. They likely need a pro to fix a damaged wiring or fuse box at their place as soon as possible.

If you offer electrical services in Sydney, a Google ad could help you get this searcher to book an appointment with you.

We develop our ads to target people more likely to convert (take action in response to an ad campaign).

Our keyword research focuses on searchers deep in the buying cycle (ready to buy) and those entering the market (unsure whether to buy yet but are very interested).

Only Pay-per-Click

Google Ads is a PPC platform, meaning you pay a specific amount when people click on your ad.

Your maximum CPC (cost per click) is typically the highest amount you’re willing to pay for every click on your ad.

The actual CPC — the final amount you’ll pay for every click — is usually less than your max CPC. But if you don’t manage your budget effectively, Google Ads can be costly.

With us, a boost in qualified leads at the lowest CPC is possible.

Our work with Communicate Speech Pathology, a top-ranked speech therapy provider in Newcastle and Sydney, led to a 1,266.67% increase in conversions while slashing the CPC by 77.75%.

Pinpoint Your Audience

You want your ad to reach the right customer.

Targeting is how you tell Google who should see your ad, which is easier said than done. In reality, placing your ad before your target audience requires systematic optimisation

Over the past 10 years, we’ve developed a massive, multi-million dollar data model.

This dataset acts like a multidimensional GPS (global positioning system), giving us insights on how to manage our client’s Google Ads campaigns best to reach their target demographic.

Campaigns That Can Scale

We could help get your ad to appear on Google’s first SERP (search engine results page) for the right keywords, matched to the right ad copy and landing page

But our job doesn’t end when we get you clicks that convert. We use the same statistical analysis Google uses to scale your campaign.

This advanced modelling and customer segmentation can improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.

Here’s what Newcastle Carpet and Flooring, a flooring solutions provider based in Belmont North, says about partnering with us:

“Met with [the Digital Spotlight] team — great advice and fabulous service. Google Ads specialists [that] really get the ads pumping. You won’t regret it.”

Turbocharge Your ROI

Amateur marketers often rely on their instincts, thinking they know what ads will get clicks, what will sell, and what won’t.

But the fact is that nobody knows which advertising dollars generate the best ROI until someone has tracked and looked at hard data.

We aim to deliver the highest returns possible on your paid traffic through ongoing tracking and optimisation

We measure and assess all crucial metrics with laser-focused precision, including conversion rate and ROAS (return on ad spend),

This unique, metric-oriented, and data-heavy approach has helped us achieve stunning ROI for many clients.

Here’s one example: within less than a year, we’ve helped Pure Chiropractic, a certified Gonstead chiropractic clinic in Australia, improve its conversion rate by 304.35% while reducing the cost per conversion by 59.42%.

The Sword in Your Toolbelt

Online advertising is a blood sport. You’re playing against businesses (big and small) with the same goal of achieving an immediate boost in targeted traffic and conversions.

But before you pump up your budget in an effort to beat the competition, hear us out: broader swords don’t guarantee bigger wins — more ad spend doesn’t guarantee better returns.

While Google Ads wars are fierce, you won’t win them with brute force.

As an industry pioneer, we know what your ad campaigns need to top the game. We’re an agency founded by the same kind of elite mathematicians who maintain Google’s algorithm.

How Does Google Ads Work?

Google Ads offers various advertising options, including search, display, and video ads.

Getting the right mix of these products is crucial to maximise the impact of your advertising money.

High ad spend doesn’t guarantee increased returns. In fact, in most cases, if you don’t manage your ad expenditures carefully, you could lose money fast.

Google Ads may be the crème de la crème of the advertising world. But it can only work wonders for your business if you know how to manage its products rightly.

Our agency has developed an exceptional and reliable model using the data from over a decade of investing in 1,812 clients.

We use this proprietary tool to determine the ideal campaign mix, budget, and structure to reach your targets.

Why You Need Google Ads Management

If you’re reading this, then you, along with other entrepreneurs who want to grow their business using Google, most likely need help with Google Ads.

Good thing you’ve come across Digital Spotlight— a team that’s worlds apart from cookie-cutter agencies. We tell the facts as they are, not as prospective clients want them to be.

We only take you on as a client after we’ve performed a thorough Google Ads health check. Following an honest assessment of your unique situation, we’ll tell you upfront whether Google Ads management is right for you.

We’re a business that puts people first before profit. We listen to you from the get-go. Then (when appropriate), we create and develop a tailored Google Ads management strategy that best fits your business goals.

How Can a Google Ads Agency Help Manage My Google Ads Campaigns?

You can DIY your Google Ads campaigns. But Google isn’t as friendly to newbies as some may think. Its complex algorithm’s job is to thin out the herd.

You won’t stay in the game — much less stay on top of it — if you don’t have the time, expertise, and resources to track and test constantly.

That’s why our paid campaign specialists devote much time to training with Google and understanding how algorithm changes work for our clients.

As an agency with a high-level Google Premier Partner status, we know how to:

  • Manage ad spend at the highest levels
  • Grow our A-list client list quickly
  • Retain those clients for extended periods

Do You Want a Massive Influx of Sales Starting Today? Google Ads Is the Best Way to Go

If done right, Google Ads can generate immediate, high-quality leads and possibly chart-breaking sales.

Here’s why Google Ads has a high-yield potential:

  • Google Ads attracts over 246 million unique visitors monthly
  • 65% of the clicks on Google paid ads are from users deep in the buying cycle
  • The Google Display Network (GDN), where Google Ads can appear, generates 6 billion ad impressions daily
  • Over 40% of global consumers buy products they’ve seen on YouTube

These hard-hitting facts show why Google Ads remains the best option for skyrocketing sales.

Catapult Your Online Visibility With Google Ads

Offering the best products and services in the world won’t matter much if people don’t know your business exists.

Many Google users are itching to buy, and being there for them first before your competitors is crucial.

Here’s how our work has exceeded the expectations of a financial services company with almost no online visibility:

The client was shelling out roughly $38 per conversion. They asked us to trim that number down to $20. We did so in their first month with us.

We continued optimising, and in four months, we:

  • Cut the COA by 58%
  • Reduced CPC by 16%
  • Increased conversions by 700%

We Focus on the Metrics That Matter

Google Ads is data all the way, up and down. The success of your campaigns depends on the accurate measurement of impactful metrics.

That’s why you need people who think and speak like Google’s engineers do (in maths and numbers).

As an agency founded by world-class maths pros, our Google Ads practice involves much testing and fine-tuning. We take this approach to heart.

Here are the key metrics we monitor and assess when identifying problems and developing solutions:

  • Conversions
  • Cost per conversion
  • Return on ad spend
  • Search IS (impression share or the percentage of impressions your ad receives compared to the total number of impressions your ad could get)

We Create the Right Path for Your Audience

Effective ads reach the right audience.

Say you’re in the real estate business. You don’t want your ads to appear on Fruit Ninja apps and Coco Melon YouTube videos.

Our systematic Google Ads approach ensures that your campaigns are targeted and relevant. We aim to send the potential client to a page on your site that best matches their intent.

Pay-per-Click Ad Types: What Are the Types of Google Ads?

PPC advertising models, like Google Ads, are digital marketing channels that require you to pay a specific amount for every click on your ads.

As a PPC ad model, Google Ads features four products:

  • Google Search
  • Google Remarketing
  • Google Display (+ YouTube)
  • Google Shopping

Depending on where your target audience sees your business, they’ll see different types of ads.

Paid Search Marketing

Search ads appear on Google Search networks or Google Search partners, like Ask.com, AOL.com, Amazon.com, and NYTimes.com.

We use paid search ads to ensure prospective clients spot your brand, weigh your offers, and take action (for example, book an appointment with you or subscribe to your newsletter).

For instance, in just one year, we’ve helped Twomey Dispute Lawyers (TDL), an Australian law firm specialising in disputes and commercial litigations, increase its conversion by 1,571.43% at an 82.03% lower cost per conversion.

Display Advertising

Google can display ads on over two million apps, videos, and websites. GDN is like a universe in itself, vast enough to reach 90% of internet users worldwide. It seems like the advertising silver bullet everyone’s looking for, right?

But seasoned agencies like us know the “90% reach” can torch your ad budget faster than a raging bushfire.

The risks and rewards are too high for trusting amateurs or managing campaigns on the fly.

Our Google-trained specialists can optimise your campaigns with the razor-sharp precision only maths pros are gifted with. We make steady lead generation more than possible at the lowest cost per click.

Shopping

The road to the e-commerce pantheon is littered with the remains of brick-and-mortar frontrunners who failed to translate their offline dominance into online gold.

They spent millions and still got left behind. Why? Because they hired retailers, while Amazon and Google worked with engineers to develop their online shopping platforms.

We’re a team of mathematicians who do the same mathematical spadework as Google engineers, including segmentation, multi-variant testing, and advanced statistical modelling.

We use these maths-heavy strategies to help online businesses dominate their eCommerce niches.

Once, a client came to us for help on improving their advertising returns. They’ve already spent four years optimising their campaign and still haven’t seen any improvement.

What could a numbers-driven agency like ours possibly do to achieve what our hardworking client couldn’t? As it turns out, much. We doubled their ROAS within months.

Here’s what we did:

  • Model out the Google feed data to craft campaigns for advanced modelling and ongoing testing.
  • Leverage the advanced insights we acquired through the Google Premier Partners program.
  • Customise the client’s campaign using the computing logic prized by Google Shopping.

Retargeting or Remarketing

Only 1% to 4% of your website visitors will buy or enquire about your products or services on their first visit. The work is far from over after you’ve won visitors to your site.

An effective ad strategy also works on re-engaging casual site visitors after they leave your page.

Google Remarketing offers you this opportunity. It lets you “tag” your site visitors. You can then display ads before these potential customers when they’re browsing other sites.

Our results-driven team of Google-trained pros develops laser-targeted, cost-effective, high-converting ad campaigns.

For instance, we’ve helped Pension Boost, a financial service provider for Australian seniors, increase its conversions by 1,225.58% while reducing the cost per conversion by 94.98%.

Accelerating Growth Through Data-Driven Adwords Management Services

We’re all about delivering results. Our unique, research-focused approach has helped clients reduce (on average) their ad spend by 33% and cost of acquisition (COA) by 23%.

Despite lowering costs, important ROIs never take a backseat: we’ve also supercharged clients’ major leads and sales by 83% (sometimes 4x sales).

What Is PPC?

Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising is an online advertising program where you can pay a fixed amount whenever users click on one of your ads.

A PPC campaign points your target audience to your app or website, where you can persuade them to complete tasks like purchasing products or services or downloading freebies.

How Does PPC Affect SEO? Do PPC Campaigns Help SEO?

PPC can supplement your SEO efforts and maximise marketing returns. These marketing tactics don’t affect each other directly, but a veteran PPC management agency can combine them to:

  • Widen your online reach by capturing the top spots on organic and paid search results
  • Bring more targeted traffic to your business website and raise brand awareness
  • Solidify your keyword strategy by helping you find keywords through PPCs and targeting relevant information for SEO

SEO and Google Ads have pros and cons, and many clients use both (as they gain returns from each) to amplify overall ROI.

Google PPC or SEO: Which Gives You a Better Bang for Your Buck?

The answer depends on your overall objectives and time horizon.

Google Ads is ideal for quick returns, like leads and sales. SEO can be highly profitable if you’re willing to invest longer since you’re not paying per click.

When you contact us, you won’t deal with fast-talking salespeople. We take considerable time to understand your situation before pitching anything.

Then, we help you devise the ideal combination of SEO and Google Ads to help you get the most out of each online marketing tool.

Here’s what Cate Carpenter, a certified practising marketer, says about our work on NSW Wildlife Information Rescue And Education Service Incorporated:

“I can’t speak highly enough about Digital Spotlight. [The] team’s dedication to delivering results [is] exceptional.

Their communication, transparency, and commitment to client success make them a standout choice. I highly recommend Digital Spotlight to any business looking for a top-notch digital marketing partner. Kudos to the entire team for exceeding expectations!”

When Should You Use Google Ads (Formerly Google Adwords)?

We’ll let you know once you’ve had a chat with us.

But the bottom line is that we only work with clients we know we could help scale with Google Ads. That’s why we ask businesses the following questions before we do anything with their campaigns:

  • What does your business do?
  • Who is the ideal client of your business?
  • What is your goal?
  • What is the target we have to beat?
  • How do you earn money from the paid campaign?
  • What is the primary conversion action?
  • What are secondary conversion actions?
  • What do you specialise in?

What Businesses Should Use Google Ads?

Whether big or small, local or global, all types of businesses can reap rewards from Google Ads.

We’ve managed Google Ads campaigns for businesses across highly competitive industries, including medical, finance, home improvement, real estate, and law.

Contact us for a pitch-free consultation to see if Google Ads can add value to your business. We’ll help you know if you need this ad model based on your goals, budget, and target audience

I Have a Small Business. Is Google Ads Worth It?

Whether you run a bigwig corporation or a small family-owned shop, Google Ads can be worth your investment if it matches your objectives.

The problem today is that many PPC agencies focus on the creative side of paid ads. But Google Ads is more maths than art.

A chic and seamless web design or landing page won’t cut it in the dog-eat-dog world of digital marketing

The Google Ads arena is a battlefield of complex data and algorithms.  You’ll need an account management team and Google Ads experts well-versed in advanced statistical analysis to win.

As a metrics-oriented and results-focused marketing agency, we can help ensure your campaign aligns with your goals. This way, we can optimise your investment to maximise returns.

Will Google Ads Work for My eCommerce Business?

We’ve developed and managed Google Ads campaigns for eCommerce businesses of various sizes, types, and reach.

With our incisive, multi-layered campaign optimisation process, we can help transform your business into an eCommerce powerhouse.

Here’s what Diana Norris, the marketing and web assistant from Dural Irrigation, a leading Australia-wide irrigation equipment supplier, has to say about collaborating with us:

“We have used DS for over 15 years for all our SEO, remarketing adwords, analytics and much, much more! Their customer service is impeccable and [is] always quick to respond to any issue or enquiry we may have. Our business has grown at an incredible rate thanks to [the Digital Spotlight] team. We will never use anyone else, highly recommend.”

How Long Does It Take to Get Results With Google Ads?

The time it takes to get significant ROIs depends on factors like your ad budget, niche, target audience, and campaign type.

For example, in just two months, we’ve helped Club4X4, an Australian insurance company specialising in coverage for off-road vehicles, increase its conversions by 57.89%. We achieved this target at 2.99% less cost per conversion.

How Will GST Affect Google Ads? What Are the Tax Guidelines for Google Advertising?

Google charges a 10% Goods and Service Tax (GST) to Google Ads on every bill.

We’ll quote you a flat fee so you’re clear on your costs. The fee stays the same, even if your clicks increase.

But if you’ve got a sizable budget and need a custom solution with dedicated support, we can work out a scalable fee structure.

How Do I Start Advertising on Google?

Google Ads is as simple as registering an account and learning a few basic terms and procedures, like keyword bidding and research.

But does knowing the basics guarantee you’d come out on top in the highly competitive world of digital advertising? No.

Google Ads may be a pretty straightforward tool, but developing winning campaigns isn’t

Here’s how we set up ads on Google:

  • Define the targets or objectives based on the client’s feedback.
  • Select and suggest the ideal Google ad network for the ads.
  • Ask about the budget and assets slated for promotion in the ads.
  • Identify the targets, such as keywords, demographics, location, and devices.
  • Set up conversion tracking.
  • Ensure accurate ads, structure, budget, and conversion tracking configuration. Before launch, double-check if everything runs smoothly.

Contact us for a first-hand experience of how a maths-based Google Ads approach can help scale your business.

Can an Advertising Agency Help With Google Ads?

Not all ad agencies are created equal. If you want a better shot at success in Google Ads, you need an agency with unbeatable skills, experience, and resources.

Over the last 15 years, we’ve used a logical, systematic, and evidence-based approach to Google Ads.

Our commitment to this research-driven system has helped us generate high-quality leads and impressive revenue for thousands of local and global businesses.

Here’s what Daniel Hersee, director of Black Lion Digital, had to say about our services:

“Unbeatable results and customer service. I have a social media agency and I have used Digital Spotlight for over 10 clients and they have all had exceptional results for SEO and Google Ads. There isn’t anything this incredible team doesn’t know about search engine optimisation or anything search marketing. Hire them before your competitor does!”

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a landing page?

A landing page can help you convert prospects into customers by allowing you to showcase your products and services, promote exclusive deals, and provide contact info all in one place.

In short, you use a landing page to propel potential customers towards conversion.

What is “cost per click” (CPC)? How much do I pay when someone clicks on my Google ad?

Google Ads charges you for every click on your ads. You can calculate the average CPC using this formula:

the total cost of your clicks/the total number of clicks

Note: Your average CPC might differ from your maximum CPC, which is the highest amount you’re willing to pay for a click.

Does Google have an ad agency?

No. But Google has partner agencies that can help you outsmart the competition, maximise ad returns, and add more clients to your list.

You’d be happy to know that we’ve been a Google Premier Partner since the search giant launched its Premier Partnership program.

How do you make money with Google Ads?

You can enjoy improved leads and, thus, revenues with the right mix of Google Ads products and strategies.

An effective Google Ads campaign can promote your business online and drive immediate targeted traffic to your website.

You can turn this influx of traffic into a sale with a relevant and keyword-optimised ad copy

For example, our work with Dural Irrigation, an Australian-based irrigation equipment eCommerce company, has helped the client boost its total revenue by 311.07%.

How much does a Google Ads agency's services cost?

Google Ads management costs differ depending on the agency, package, and level of support you need. The agency’s fee structure can also affect your overall expenses.

Some agencies offer a fixed monthly rate. Others, a percentage of spend or revenue.

Most of our clients pay a flat fee (with exceptions for enterprise-level budgets requiring tailored solutions).

How much do Google Ads cost? Are Google Ads expensive?

The cost depends on a combination of various factors, including location, industry, quality score, and competitors.

Each search is an auction, and winning each auction secures the ad slot.

Our agency’s core policy is to be totally transparent with how we handle your campaigns.

We run these campaigns using your Google Ads account so you can track where your every dollar goes.

If you’ve yet to register a Google Ads account, we’ll set one up for you. We’ll manage the account, but you’ll be its owner.

You can also monitor our progress through your Google Ads account’s activity log. Lastly, you can assume control of your account whenever you choose.

Here’s a commendation from one of our recent clients:

“[The Digital Spotlight] team is a great choice when needing help to manage Google ads. [The team is] honest, passionate, and understanding. I highly recommend it to any business looking to grow their business.”

— Rory Chapman, Footprints Podiatry Salamander Bay and Mayfield Family Podiatry

Why are Google Ads agencies like Digital Spotlight important?

Not all agencies can add value to your business. Many will guarantee results, but they won’t be able to deliver or sustain them.

What about us? We’d rather let the results speak for themselves than make unrealistic promises.

Here are seven reasons you’ll prefer us over other agencies:

1. Total commitment to your unique goals: We’ve been on the frontline of digital marketing innovations for over a decade and have learned much in the school of hard knocks.

Our extensive experience has taught us many real-world insights about winning today’s digital market.

Still, we listen to clients and consider each case a unique problem to solve.

That’s why we ensure we understand your goals and situation before pitching you anything.

2. Bespoke solutions: You won’t get half-baked advice and one-size-fits-all solutions when you work with us.

Instead, we’ll develop campaign strategies to suit your unique problems and goals.

3. High client retention rate: Clients consider us their secret weapon against competitors.

We’ve worked on 2,103+ client campaigns and have achieved a 95.67% client retention rate.

4. Google Premier Partner: We have a Google-certified staff with access to insider information that most advertising agencies don’t have.

We work with a dedicated Google agency team that provides us with exclusive training, classified data about competitors, and early access to Google’s latest tools and features.

5. Confidence in our approach: We don’t bind clients into long-term contracts. We’re confident in our ability to deliver unbeatable ROI. Results, or we’re out.

6. Industry leader and pioneer: Publications like Financial Review and Anthill have interviewed us multiple times. Multi-billion dollar companies have also sought our advice in search patterns. Why? We always stay on top of Google trends.

7. One-of-a-kind agency: Our firm’s founders aren’t just accomplished business people. They’re also world-class mathematicians.

They’re the kind of maths pros with an in-depth understanding of data patterns.

Our paid ads specialists set up campaigns based on statistical techniques Google uses.

Will hiring a Google Ads agency work for your business?

It’s different for each business, but in our experience, Google Ads can help even relatively unknown companies become dominant players in their niche.

They only need to work with a maths-adept agency — the type that uses multi-variant testing, advanced statistical analysis, and data modelling.

And who better to work with than us? We’re an agency helmed by elite mathematicians who understand numbers the way people read words.

How do I get started with your Google Ads agency services?

A data-centric, maths-savvy Google Ads agency can deliver results you won’t get elsewhere. You can contact us here if you want to add Google Ads to your current marketing strategy.

What is the best approach for Google Ads?

The ideal Google Ads approach is the one that answers your unique advertising needs.

The question is, “How do you develop a problem-specific solution?”  The answer: work with an agency that cares about your numbers.

Our work with AMS (Australian Minor Surgery) Clinics, a Brisbane-based clinic providing hair transplants to clients experiencing hair loss, achieved a 197.73% increase in conversions while lowering cost per conversion by 61.98%.

What are common challenges with Google Ads?

Here are four challenges we focus on when handling Google Ads:

  • Increased CPC
  • Decreased conversion
  • Declining ROAS
  • Declining Search IS

How do you scale your business with Google Ads?

Our Google Ads management’s ultimate goal is to drive efficiency at scale. This commitment sets us apart from the competition.

With methodical optimisation and relentless (almost) fanatical tracking and testing, we provide nonstop improvements to your campaign.

We analyse your target market segment by segment to generate high conversion rates.

Understanding your potential customer’s online buying journey shapes our planning, optimisation, and evaluation procedure.

Why do we recommend paid ads?

One caveat: We don’t recommend just any paid ads strategy.

But done right (with the right mix of products and techniques), a paid ads campaign lets you enjoy increased leads and revenues.

Our team of specialists studies Google daily. That’s why sudden algorithm changes don’t leave them dumbfounded.

In fact, they can use this complex computer logic to refine our clients’ campaigns.

Would investing in Google Ads work?

Yes. But only if you or your agency understand Google Ads products properly. A well-made ad campaign is a valuable asset to your business.

Google Ads works if you partner with an agency with a hotline to Google’s elite support team, the latest features, and nonpublic data your competitors are likely clueless about.

Does Google Ads affect SEO?

Yes. You can supplement your SEO efforts with Google Ads campaigns to amplify ROI. Many of our clients use Google Ads and SEO (as they get returns from each).

What’s “bidding” and how does it work?

Google Ads runs an auction whenever an ad slot opens on a search result, blog, news site, or other partner pages.

Each auction determines whether your ad will appear on the open ad space. Your bid puts you in the auction.

You can focus your bids on these targets depending on your campaign type:

  • Clicks
  • Impressions
  • Conversions
  • Views
  • Engagements

How do you measure Google Ads’ performance?

Google measures these factors before awarding ad slots to a business:

  • Bid: Your bid is the highest amount you’re willing to pay for each click on your ad.
  • Ad quality: Your ad’s quality and relevance significantly matter. Google’s quality score is an aggregated estimate of your overall performance in ad auctions.
  • The projected impact from ad assets and other formats: Ad assets refer to additional info you put in your ad, like a phone number or a link to a page on your site.

Google predicts how your ad assets and formats will affect your ad’s overall performance.

  • Your ad rank: To help ensure high-quality ads, Google sets the minimum requirement for ads to appear in certain positions.
  • The context of your ad: Context matters in ad auctions. When calculating ad rank, Google evaluates:
    • The user’s search terms
    • The user’s device type, such as mobile or desktop
    • The user’s location at the time of the search
    • The time of the search
    • The nature of the search terms
    • Other ads and search results appearing on the page

These factors are some of the metrics we track to gauge your campaign’s performance.

My competitor clicks on my ad. Will I have to pay?

Google tags robo-clicks (clicks done by an automated clicking tool) as invalid. The ad platform won’t charge you for these clicks.

To view info about invalid clicks, add the “Invalid clicks” column on your “Dimensions” or “Campaigns” tabs.

Can you stop competitors from clicking on my ads?

Google examines multiple data points to assess interactions:

  • IP address
  • Time of interaction
  • Duplicate interactions

After Google examines interaction patterns, it will try to filter potentially invalid traffic from your report.

We can manually exclude IP (internet protocol) addresses (up to 500 IP addresses per campaign) to ensure you don’t get unwanted or invalid clicks.

Why can't I see my ads?

There are various reasons why your ad isn’t showing, including payment or scheduling issues.

Google recommends using the “Ad Preview and Diagnosis” tool to see ads as they appear in Google SERP instead of doing a regular search.

If an ad doesn’t show, the tool will give the reason and suggest ways to get the ads up and running.

Where do Google Ads appear on search engine results pages (SERPs)?

The answer depends on your ad rank. This value determines where your ads will appear on the page relative to other ads and whether your ads appear on SERPs at all.

How do I track the return on investment from my Google Ads?

To help gauge your Google Ads returns, we track conversions. Here’s how we do so using your account:

  1. Identify the client’s campaign or service goals.
  2. Check the client’s website for any engagement we need to track.
  3. List all interactions crucial to the client, including:
    • Form submission
    • Calls from ads or the landing page
    • Purchases
  4. Document the steps on how to get into that engagement or conversion.
  5. Set up instructions for a web developer to create the tags and triggers.
  6. Once the web developer has set up the tags and triggers, test them.

How do you get results with Google Shopping?

We’ll bring all the exclusive information we get from investing millions of dollars in Google Ads across hundreds of industries.

That includes insights we can access as a Google Premier Partner. We also work with our own high-level team at Google.

We’ll tweak your feed’s code to ensure Google sees you, aiming to improve your online presence across the platform.

What is Performance Max?

This new campaign type uses machine learning to maximise the performance of your Google Ads products.

  • Tap into Google Ads’ inventory potential with just one campaign, engaging customers at every step of their buying journey.
  • Use Google’s real-time consumer insights to display your ads before potential clients when it matters most.
  • Optimise your budget across channels to target the highest value opportunities, leveraging Google Ads machine learning and attribution tech tailored to your marketing objectives.

Should I use Performance Max campaigns?

Google says advertisers who upgrade from SSC (Smart Shopping campaigns) to PMax (Performance Max) get an average increase of 12% in conversion value at the same or higher ROAS.

As a Google Premier Partner, we always stay on top of Google innovations, including PMax. We’ll tell you upfront if this feature can help improve your bottom line.

What is the best Google Ads strategy for eCommerce?

Consider these numbers:

  • About 44% of consumers use a search engine (most likely Google) to find product descriptions
  • 55% of your target market compares products online

These figures and the fact that Google Shopping offers the best ROAS in the Google universe are why eCommerce companies should consider Google Shopping.

But few agencies know Google positions Google Shopping ads based on their data.

Product data optimisation is crucial to your Google Ads success.

We have the skills, resources, and expertise to perform next-level optimisation for your product data.

How do you get a cheaper CPA (cost per action) with Google Ads?

CPA refers to the total amount spent to receive the desired customer action, including registration, purchase, and signup. One way we lower CPA is to increase the conversion rate.

For example, we’ve helped PropertyMe, a top-tier property management software provider in Australia, increase its conversion rates at a lower cost.

To be exact, a 282.89% conversion rate increase with a 93.49% cost per conversion reduction.

What’s the most important metric when running Google Ads?

Here are some of the most impactful metrics we track when managing Google Ads campaigns:

Metrics Definition Goal
Clicks The number of people who clicked your ads Increase
Reach The number of unique people who saw your ads Increase
Impression The number of people who saw your ads Increase
Clickthrough Rate (CTR) Rate of people who clicked vs. saw the ads (click vs. impressions) Increase
Average Cost per Click (Avg. CPC) The amount you’ve paid divided by the total clicks Reduce
Cost The total amount you’ve paid Maximise the budget
Conversions, Leads, or Purchases The number of people who converted based on the conversion actions enabled Increase
Conversion Rate Rate of people who converted vs who visited the site through your ads  Increase
Cost per Conversion The amount you’ve paid divided by the people who converted Reduce
